hello & welcome

Welcome to our newest adventure. We have decided to create a blog documenting all our creations, projects and adventures.

So here we are, on the road to our newest project. Pete and I wanted to do something a little different this year and so have decided to start our own blog. We wanted to share with the world what we get up to and didn't fancy doing videos!! (We are not the most camera friendly!!)

We want to share with you what new patterns we find, yarn shops we like, what things we get up to on our days off and everything in between.

So to kick things off, lets tell you a bit more about us. So my name is Seb and I will be writing the bulk of the posts on here and I am really looking forward to all the writing!! I have always wanted to do something like this before but never had the right topic to do it. I have always been a creative type and started young doing cross stitch. I then learnt to crochet and have been knitting now for just 2 years. I always like to challenge myself and try new things and over the coming weeks I will be sharing my creative journey so far so you can see how I got here.

Pete, my husband is also a creative type. He has always been doing advertising stuff for his job and creating marketing material to use up and down the country. I taught him to crochet 2 years ago and he has way surpassed me with his skills and has been actively creating his own patterns for the last year. (I never thought that he would take to it so well!) He is currently working on getting all of his patterns ready in print and will be available soon for purchase. We will of course let you know when this and where you can get them from.

So for now, that's it. We have some exciting new things in the pipeline that we are looking forward to sharing with you but in the meantime, pop on over to facebook and instagram and we will be posting pictures on these more frequently.
